I’m a life and style blogger. Meaning, I’ll use this small .com space to write mostly about my life…and my style.
Even though Curt and I known each other and been together for about half of our entire lives, we still manage to keep each other on our toes. We’re always on the go and to be completely honest, I thrive in the excitement. It’s in the idle state that I become an anxious mess who starts furiously cleaning in order to keep myself occupied. For so many reasons, I avoid this at all costs.
While the military consumes a great deal of our schedule, we still go about this daily life as anyone else would outside of our small community. We have friends we consider family, a daughter to raise right, jobs to keep, family to see, short term plans to make…and long term plans to dream about during late night conversations about where our path will lead us next. We have our ups and downs and at the end of the day, Curt, Ava and I live a great life. Amen to that!
And then…I get to talk about my style. Those who know me well, know I also love…the stuff. I love clothes. I love bags. I love shoes. I love jewelry. I love it all. How much, you might ask? I love it as much as my amazing husband will always find a way to be successful…in all aspects of life. Clearly, I’m his biggest fan. He’s an extraordinary human being and each day we spend together, I am so thankful he decided to spend the rest of his life with me. I love it as much as my twin sister loves to watch college sports with my dad and her boyfriend. She’s a sports fanatic and we couldn’t be more different…which ultimately makes us so very close. I also love it as much as my older sister loves to be close to our family. Her home is our hub and I miss it terribly when we’re away. I love it as much as my mom loves to be with her grandchildren…and reading about photography in the middle of the night. Insomniac, like me. She will also drop everything she’s doing at a moments notice and be on a red eye to help a child in need. Trust. I speak from experience. I love it as much as my dad loves to watch Palladia on a Saturday night with surround sound blasting through the house. Even when infants are sleeping soundly, but, to watch him go back in time is truly worth the late night noise. Love is love and we are who we are. It’s always been that way and we have no intention of changing.
And with that I say: Welcome to my Life+Style blog!
Thank you for stopping by to take a peek and following along with me!
