A Denim Vest + Dress It Up

One of the biggest trends I see popping up again this year is definitely the denim vest and while I was a little bit hesitant at first, I’m pretty sure I’m 110% on board with making this work in my wardrobe this season.

Why?

Well, mainly because I love denim jackets (this we know…) and how they work when it comes to laying or adding a little dimension to your outfit. I mean, we love denim jeans, so why wouldn’t we love denim jackets when we swap out the pants for your favorite skirt? It’s just meant to be, I think.

I know I’ve professed my love for this color green before and as always, it didn’t disappoint. Super comfortable and perfect for spring and summer.

I know I tend to post a lot of dresses on here but when it comes to summer, I really don’t love shopping for anything more than a fun dress. They’re SO easy in the summer and the less you have to worry about when it’s too hot to remember your name (I’m lookin’ at you, Vegas!), the better.
