A Floral Maxi

Apologies for the crickets you heard over here at The Northeast Girl! Turns out, it’s kinda tricky getting all the right ingredients together in order to make this lil blog of mine function while on vacation. It was a busy holiday weekend and with Ava and I trying to get all our visits in before we head home, it’s been pretty hard squeezing in these photos this past week. I’m always sad to leave PA but after 5 weeks of living out of a suitcase and digitally seeing my husband’s handsome face, I’m just about ready to head back west.

If you follow me on Instagram, I posted a little preview of these absolutely gorgeous skirt last week that I drove clear across the lower corner of this state to find. Yes, that’s right, priorities. Turns out, it was well worth the drive. This skirt is just beautiful, it feels wonderful, and it’s just one of those pieces that feels so high end and luxurious. I love everything about it.

Right before we went on our cruise last week, I got really lucky with this summer clutch I’ve been eyeing all summer long. It’s pricey but I found it on sale and was able to use a promo along with it…therefore, it was meant to be, yes? Yes.

Thanks for your patience with my crazy schedule lately! I have the rest of my week all set so we won’t have anymore quiet days ahead, thankfully!
