Fur + Winter Capes

Oh, faux fur, how I love thee…  I could think of about a million different reasons on why I love adding a little touch of fur in my fall and winter outfits each day.  That little bit of luxe, I guess, just makes me smile.

Pairing a little fur with flannel is so appropriate for the season and I’ve always loved the way beige works so well with red.  Two of my fall favorites, for sure.  I’m also getting so much use out of these box pleated skirts this year, too!  I love the slightly thicker fabric and the wide pleats are just prep for days.  Couldn’t be more perfect for me.

Before I go, I have a little survey for you…  Who is already getting their holiday decor for December up already?  I’m begging my husband and his response was, “Why do you hate Thanksgiving?!”.  For the record, we have this exact same conversation every.single.year and I’ve yet to win.  Black Friday is where it begins and honestly, if the boxes weren’t heavy and stacked to the ceiling, I would totally do this myself.
