A Jacquard Dress

Don’t you just love a Little Black Dress?  Even more so when we have quite a few events here and there that call for such a number.

This LBD is just perfect for this time of year.  It’s moderately thick to keep you warm (but not overheated!), it has long sleeves, and in an effort to keep things exciting – it comes in a subtle, yet pretty jacquard print.

I went back and forth in sizes and ultimately ended up in the 2, not the 4.  Keep in mind that this dress does run on the small side because I normally wear a 0/2.  

Again, in keeping things simple I decided my new favorite leopard booties were a great way to break up all the black.  A little red nail polish in the month of December never hurt anyone, either.
