A White Tunic + Leather Espadrilles

I know this isn’t your typical “summer” look today but there’s a couple things going on here that I really like and wanted to share!

1st : this white blouse is perfect for this time of year! Yes – it’s long sleeves. No – you won’t be hot. It’s billowy, soft, extra lightweight, and WHITE. The tunic shape is great over a bathing suit, with some jeans, and even with your favorite pair of shorts. I’m seriously obsessed. It’s a great little summer layering piece that has a lot of potential.

2nd : While I love a pair of distressed jeans, I’ve been wearing this pair a lot lately. Even in the summer. They don’t have a ton of stretch so if you’re in between sizes, I would say go up. What I honestly love the most is the uneven hem at the bottom. Small detail, but a fun one.

3rd : Hello, leather espadrille flats! Seriously. These are insanely comfortable and a great summer alternative to the everyday sandal or all-leather flat I tend to constantly grab. They feel pretty snug when you try them on but based on the salesgirl’s recommendation, I went with my regular size and within a wear or two, they fit like a glove. Don’t size up, they will be too big with a little bit of initial stretching.
