Black on Black + Loft Picks

I felt it was only fair to change up my favorite casual posts this past week and slip in a little something more dressy, yes? This past week, I posted over at The Shopping Mama about this amazing moto jacket and I really wanted to show it off in a different light. You see, that’s the beauty of investing in something that can be worn in so many different ways. It’s casual, dressy, and everything in between. You’ll surely feel like money was well spent.

If you haven’t found a black maxi to hide in your closet, as soon as you come across one you love, grab and save it for the days when you’ll least expect to need it. It’s just one of those staples that will always be in style and depending on how you accessorize it, you can make it as formal or casual as you wish. I wore this same dress in a green color over the summer that I loved so it only seemed right to buy the black, of course, and I’m glad I did. As soon as I saw this moto jacket, I imagined wearing it with this exact dress. I love it when that happens…

Down Below I’m sharing a few things that I’m lusting from Loft right now! I know this may come as quite a surprise but I am pretty much wanting everything from their Lounge Collection.
