Casual Friday

Well, I promised you the trifecta of t-shirts this week and here I am, closing it out on Friday with my new FAVORITE tee.  While I have more grey t-shirts in my drawer than I’m even willing to admit, this one takes the cake when it comes to casual perfection.  We all know I’m obsessed with the half-tuck and for a good reason.  It makes a super casual look still appear put together.

Aside from all my usual favorites I put together to make this easy look, I brought out a favorite clutch that Curt gave me for an anniversary present a few years ago.  I was OBSESSED when I saw this bag being carried around by all the celebs and I knew I had to have it.  For a moment, I almost thought I would try and sell it and I’m so glad I didn’t.  I’ve talked about this before but I love, love, LOVE the perfect purse and while some might thing my lil hobby is too pricey,  I know these beauties will be around forever and someday Ava will enjoy them as well.  I think it’s pretty awesome that Ava will have a killer vintage collection when she’s older.  Thank the Lord she’s a girly girl!

That being said, I’m so exhausted right now, I’m seeing double as I type!  The weeks surrounding “back to school” festivities always excite and drain me at the same time.  It’s meetings upon meetings…organizing, filing, creating, laminating, training…and the list goes on.  Thankfully, we have some fun on the agenda for this weekend and I can’t wait to meet all my new kiddos on Monday!
