Return of the flare jeans, friends. I, for one, love it because if you find the right cut, fit, and wash – they’re pretty flattering to wear AND give you a little break from the default skinny jeans.
My biggest issue with finding a well-fitting pair of flare leg jeans would be the length! Um, hello, where are all you gals who are pulling off a 34+ inch inseam. Seriously – I’ve been holding pairs of jeans up to my body that go from my neck to the floor. I would need an 8″ pair of heels to barely make them work so right back onto the shelf they go!
Me, well, I’m 5’2″ so anything longer than 33″ will never work for me, even with my tallest shoes. Alas – I’ve actually found a few pair over the past two weeks that I’m pretty excited to share with you all! Today’s pair are the perfect dark rinse, no distressed marks, have a comfortable stretch so they don’t sag throughout the day, and the opening at the hem isn’t too big or too small. I could actually stand to take them in maybe 1/2 inch but I won’t even bother. My heels are various and there’s nothing more irritating in jeans than when the length is too short. #nope

I’m the 34 inch lol. Equally hard to find a pair that’s long enough. I end up always going skinny and rolling up the cuff or wearing boots. May look into these

I never got on the skinny jeans bandwagon. So I was wearing my flares and bootcut when everyone else was wearing skinny jeans. I’m tall (5’7″) and have a n hourglass figure. No other cut flatters me like flares

I am really loving Paige jeans this season! The skinny version tho, I’m not ready to go back to boot cut because I don’t like how they cover my cute shoes.
