Floral + Booties

In a few weeks, when a few of you lovely readers are legitimately breaking out booties and jeans, I’ll still be pretty toasty here so even though I’ll have to wait it out for my favorite season of the year a little bit longer, I’m going to be doing my own modified versions of fall apparel here in Phoenix.

First things first?  Booties.  And I’ve had this pair from Joie for a couple years now.  Any light tan/beige bootie is going to be the most versatile pair you’ll ever have in your closet and there are plenty out there to chose from any more.

This sweet little blouse is just filled with all colors for fall and because it’s ever-so-slightly sheer, I can toss it over a tank with some shorts and just like I said, pretend it’s going to be cool in September…when in reality I think we’re looking a little bit further down the road in November. #desertlife
