Cherry Red + Animal Print

First and foremost, I will do anything to have an excuse to wear these shoes. I seriously love them and if I told you where I found them, you wouldn’t believe me. I bought these beauties last year from Talbots (yes, Talbots) when I was skimming through their shoes online after I found an email that said items were something crazy, like, 70% off. I mean, who doesn’t at least LOOK when something is said to be 70% off? So, I clicked on over and while you’d probably judge me if I told you how many pair of shoes I made off with that day, just know that these right here were my absolute favorite.

They’re well made and I got them for a steal! Winning all around! I am a big fan of animal print in a subtle way. Think more of a zebra print scarf (I am LOVING this one…) and less of a cheetah print pant suit. In this case, less is more. To me, any animal print is more like an accessory to add that little something extra to your outfit. Don’t be afraid to take a walk on the wild side the next time you’re looking to make an otherwise predictable look into something more!

This, to me, just screams “Girls Night” and as the temperature starts to rise, this is definitely something I would wear out for the night when hanging out with my girlfriends. It’s perfect for drinks and dinner when the venue is a little more on the casual side. I have more scarves than I’ll ever need but it works just like those extra special shoes. It takes my simple jeans and tee and makes it a fun outfit for a night on the town!
