Little Black Dress + Anthro Love

I love when I find a great little basic at an even greater little price. This little black dress is a perfect addition to my fall wardrobe that can take on many, many roles when all is said and done. It’s a semi-thick ponte cotton that is great for layering, or just wearing all alone. You could easily dress it up or keep it on the somewhat casual side, like I did here.

So many vests, so many time might be my new moto for fall. They are pretty much the perfect accessory when it comes to layering and this seasons, wearing them with dresses is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I especially love the style of this particular vest because it’s go the extra drapey pieces in the front. I’ve even held them together with a skinny belt in the past to keep them in place. This vest was bought last winter but I’ll give you the details below if you’re an excellent ebay searcher…

Curt and I have an event for his work coming up in a few weeks and while I was looking for a cute little dress to wear, I came across so much fall goodness at Anthropologie that I had to share… This little black dress with long sleeves, however, is my love language. Definitely a top contender for that fun little night out we have planned…or the printed one with flow sleeves?! Or maybe I just need both, yes?! Yes.
