Milly for Kohls DesignNation

Kohl’s for DesignNation has done it again in their latest collaboration with Milly and this is a collection you do not want to miss!  Milly, one of the top fashion designers in the world, has curated a collection that is filled with fun prints, flattering silhouettes, and colors that just scream spring and summer.  I had such a hard time choosing favorites to share with you, baby bump and all.  Not only is it hard to chose from all the “must haves”, this collaboration with Kohl’s makes bringing home these designer pieces budget friendly.

I fell in love with this red maxi dress the moment I saw it.  The fabric is soft, lightweight, and moves so gracefully.  One to never walk away from a statement making red, I really loved the print the most because to be honest, I don’t have that many red dresses in my closet for spring or summer!  I added my favorite neutral cognac tote and sandals and this is an easy summer look that I’m sure I’ll be revisiting.

I also chose this easy, lightweight and colorful tunic for quite a few reasons!  Every summer, I’m always on the lookout for cute, versatile tops that have the ability to be styled for more than one occasion.  I loved the way this beautiful blouse went with something as simple as a pair of denim shorts.  I casually tucked a little bit of one side of the tunic and as simple as that, I was ready to go.  And while it goes without mentioning, I love a loose fitting blouse in the summer!

Even though I went with denim shorts to style this tunic today, because of the overall length, I think it would also go great with a pair of bright white or even a dark rinse pair of skinny jeans.  Such a great look for a night out on the town with friends or a date night with your love.  Heels can bring it all together with a pretty chain strap cross body bag to keep everything polished.

Finally, to the beach or the pool!  Again, this length makes a perfect cover up since it’s not too long or too short.  It’s lightweight enough to just toss on or off when you’re in and around the water and that beautiful print is perfect for a day of sun an fun.
