Hello, Monday! A Happy President’s Day, too! Who has off today? Curt, Ava and I took a trip with some friends this past weekend up to beautiful Utah to spend a few days in Zion National Park and let me tell you – it was glorious. It’s always so nice to hop out of Vegas for a few days and be one with Nature. Sure, Sin City has a few escapes from the lights and glitz that it’s known for but I always love any opportunity to move away from all that tan concrete to see a few trees around me.
