Pink Eyelet

If you’re following my blog Facebook page, you’ll know that I’m kind of new to the Anthropologie scene. I quickly mentioned my first trip there and I’m fairly certain that it was my most commented post to date. Pretty much everyone is already in love with this store but me! I’ve been such a dedicated shopper to just a few brands for so long, that I kind of forgot to keep my eyes open for other great possibilities out there. Does anyone else do that? I’m sure I’m not alone. I tend to keep tabs so closely on all my favorite shops that I’m missing out! I was shopping with a friend here in Las Vegas and after she took my to our local Anthropologie store I immediately wondered why it had taken me so long to step through those doors? While I could have walked out of there with arms full of new pretties, I decided on a couple tops to try and mix into what is starting to become an exclusive “J.Crew Only” zone in my closet. Time to branch out, girls!

Here’s one of the newbies I brought home with me. This pink eyelet top is so bright and breezy! Love at first sight… I also think the tunic top is the best thing to happen since the departure of the tight roll jeans. I love wearing a tunic with skinny jeans and if it’s long enough, leggings are calling my name! Sleeveless is perfect for summer but you can catch my in a tunic with long sleeves or three-quarter sleeves pretty much year round. Thank you, Anthro! I’ll be back soon!
