How festive and summery is this blue plaid dress?!  I can’t stop thinking ahead for the 4th!  The overall shape of this dress is quite generous but the pleat in the front and the fact that it’s fitted across the drop just make it a cute, fun option for those dog days ahead….

I absolutely LOVE the embroidery around the neck and across the back, too!!
