Railroad Stripes

It’s been way too long since I wore some stripes here on the blog and it’s about time I made up for that…with railroad stripes! These have me seeing flashbacks to some Osh Kosh overalls I wore as a kiddo and honestly, I can totally see why they’ve stood the test of time. Such a great print and I honestly could probably pair them with just about anything in any color. The stripes are also vertical which can be a little more appealing than horizontal stripes that some can feel like they appear wider. Oh, and I chose my tippi sweater if only as a sign of protest to this desert life.

My apologies for not shooting out a second post yesterday! I’ll have some fun things to share tomorrow! Ava and I are visiting family clear across the country and we were all about the reunions today! Feels good to be where I love it most….now, if only Curt were here! As we rely on FaceTime while we’re apart, we know that spending time with family is as important as spending time together. This military life can be tough and tricky but eventually, you work on trying to find that happy medium.
