Apologies for all these birds eye view pictures lately! We’ve been on the go ever since I got back from the shore and haven’t had a day of just taking photos yet – so I’m snapping as we go along.

Last night, we went out to dinner for my mom’s birthday and this was what I put together!

If you don’t have a utility jacket yet, you should definitely grab one! I wear mine ALL year long and it’s definitely one of my favorite layers to just toss on and go. While it’s toasty here, we FINALLY had an afternoon of rain to help with that humidity and I always freeze inside, so it was a great addition for the night.

This purse has been pretty much attached to me lately, too. Definitely another great addition to your wardrobe – a crossbody bag in a tan leather will always be in style!
