Embroidered Blouse

While I find myself on a back order list, I sometimes question if it’s really worth the wait? Well, in this case, it WAS! I ordered this embroidered blouse over a month ago from J.Crew when they were running a promo even though it was back ordered and I think, maybe once, I thought to myself…eh, just cancel it and find something else! I’m so glad I waited it out because I’m loving this top. It’s nice and airy, which is pretty much a requirement in Las Vegas. I did the “messy tuck” or “half tuck” into my denim shorts to keep myself looking pulled together even though I’m really going for a pretty casual look here. Denim shorts, clearly, are a must have for me this year. I’ve come across some really great ones which I’ve recently (like, yesterday…) posted about here!

This Farmers Market tote was on my list of things to buy and I’m so glad it’s finally here. Lightweight and really versatile, which is great for everyday use. Has anyone else picked up a cute straw or basket tote this year? I posted a few of my favorites here if you’re in the market for something new!
